Guardian’s response network is designed around time-to-help, dynamic location coverage and human Safety Team coordination.
The goal is to shorten the gap between an active safety incident and meaningful assistance reaching the user.
Coverage progresses approximately 1, 1.6, 2.6, 4.1, 6.6 and 10 km until enough responders accept.
A movement-aware cluster supports higher-speed incidents instead of leaving response coverage around an outdated SOS point.
When the radius grows, only responders in the newly reached band are targeted.
Client logic helps prevent the same responder from being alarmed repeatedly by re-rings.
If a victim moves away on foot, the response area can follow their current position.
The current design combines multiple speed signals, movement hysteresis and GPS-glitch rejection. At higher speeds, the response cluster can be planted ahead of the direction of travel, use bridge coverage between zones, expand a zone when responder availability is insufficient, re-anchor when the victim exits the cluster, and dismantle the moving model after stop detection.
The responder map is designed to use the same destination-point geometry as the backend so the visual response area matches dispatch calculations.
