Guardian MVP v41. Human monitoring + adaptive response.

An accurate view of what JayQora has implemented, what is being validated, and what is planned after pre-seed.

Android

Functional Guardian v41

Kotlin / Jetpack Compose app with SOS, responder, safety tools and Watch Me workflows in active testing.

Backend

Firebase live architecture

Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication and FCM support real-time state, notifications and safety workflows.

Human safety

Watch Me / Monitor Me

User-requested monitoring can be accepted by the JayQora Safety Team, with live tracking, check-ins and escalation until the user confirms they are safe.

Operations

Safety Team oversight

Human monitoring, escalation support and controlled incident closure are integrated into the Guardian workflow.

Adaptive response implemented in the current system

Stationary SOS

1 km → 10 km expansion

Responder coverage expands approximately 1 → 1.6 → 2.6 → 4.1 → 6.6 → 10 km until sufficient responders accept.

Anti-spam

Ring-band exclusion + dedup

Only newly reached coverage bands are targeted, while client-side per-alert dedup helps prevent repeated alarm spam.

Walking victim

Walk-drift re-ring

Coverage can follow a victim who moves away from the original SOS location while on foot.

Moving victim

Four-zone response cluster

Movement classification, GPS-glitch filtering, bridge coverage, per-zone expansion and re-anchoring support higher-speed incidents.

Safety Team operating model

Guardian is designed as a human-in-the-loop system. When Watch Me is activated, the user is not told that monitoring is active until an authorised Safety Team member accepts the session. The team can observe location freshness and movement, perform situation-based check-ins, stay in contact, and escalate to SOS, trusted contacts, nearby responders or appropriate support channels when required.

Current vs future R&D

Current / validation stage

Guardian Android MVP v41, Firebase backend, Watch Me, adaptive responder coverage, moving-victim logic, Safety Team operations, responder workflows and audio/evidence features.

Planned after further funding

Controlled institutional pilots, responder verification, production-ready smart devices, larger network infrastructure and Guardian Air Response R&D. Future capabilities are not presented as deployed today.
