JayQora is building community-powered emergency response infrastructure, starting with Guardian for personal safety.
JayQora Private Limited is a SafetyTech company based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The company is building Guardian, a community-powered emergency response platform for everyone.
JayQora started as a project in 2024 and was incorporated as JayQora Private Limited in 2026. The current company stage is incorporated, functional MVP, active testing, government demo preparation, and software-first pilot readiness.
JayQora was founded on a single conviction: in an emergency, what matters is not that an alert was sent — it is how fast real help physically arrives. That metric, time-to-help, drives every product decision the company makes.
Guardian has been built end-to-end in-house: the Android application in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, the Firebase backend with server-authoritative Cloud Functions, the two-mode dispatch engine (stationary expanding rings and the moving 4-zone cluster), Voice Guard, the live responder map, the admin dashboard, the design system, and the working BLE wearable trigger prototype.
What began as a project in 2024 became JayQora Private Limited in June 2026, incorporated in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh — and has since been approved for the Google for Startups Cloud Program. JayQora is positioned not as a safety-app company or a smart-ring company, but as a SafetyTech company building community-powered emergency response infrastructure, with personal safety as its first and most urgent mission.
