Guardian turns an emergency trigger into live location, trusted-contact escalation and two-mode nearby dispatch for stationary or moving incidents—through to monitored response and safe confirmation.
Guardian's dispatch engine runs two live strategies depending on whether the victim is stationary or moving in a vehicle. Responders see exactly what the server is doing — the responder map uses byte-for-byte the same destination-point formula as the dispatch engine.
The first alert ring is 1 km around the live SOS location and grows roughly ×1.6 per minute — 1 → 1.6 → 2.6 → 4.1 → 6.6 → 10 km — until 3 responders accept. Ring-band exclusion means each expansion pings only the new outer band, so people already alerted are never pinged again. If the victim flees on foot, a walk-drift re-ring keeps coverage centred on them, and per-alert dedup guarantees nobody is alarm-spammed by re-rings.
A motion classifier using two independent speed sources with hysteresis (single GPS glitches are discarded) detects genuine vehicle movement. At ≥ 40 km/h an anchor is planted 1 km ahead of the vehicle and a 4-zone alert cluster is built along the projected route, with zone-entry alerts, order-normalised bridge keys stitching the corridor, and bridge-drift re-rings if the vehicle leaves it. Any zone unanswered for 90 seconds expands by 5 km, exiting the cluster re-anchors a fresh one ahead, and stop-detection dismantles the cluster and hands back to stationary rings.
The user taps SOS in the Android app or triple-taps the Guardian Ring / wearable trigger.

Trusted contacts receive SMS with a live tracking link, with offline escalation for contact alerts.
Stationary: an expanding precision ring (1 km, ×1.6 per minute up to 10 km) pings only the new band until 3 responders accept. Moving: a 4-zone cluster planted 1 km ahead of the vehicle alerts responders along the route.
Responders see the map, live distance, Navigate, Call and Share, plus intercept guidance if the victim is moving.
When a responder enters the configured approach zone, Guardian records the event and enables the JayQora Safety Team to contact them with context, safe next actions and escalation guidance.
Location-verified responders support the victim on scene. The response remains monitored while the victim confirms the outcome or emergency services take over.
